THE MIRAGE OF AN OVERTHINKER

TERRIBLE PHANTASM  
You are your own thoughts and there is nothing in this world that can trouble you more than your own thoughts.
Your mind and your thoughts cohabitate. It's a symbiotic relationship that they share. Mutualism is one form of a symbiotic relationship where both entities benefit from each other.
Your mind provides your thoughts a shelter, it provides your thoughts the skin to grow up plus its a vector of your thoughts. 
The thoughts benefit your mind with the power to form perspectives, the power to create and destroy!

You're not in dilemma with your thoughts! You're in constant war with acceptance of thoughts. 
You resist your thoughts whenever something evil crosses your mind. Inside, you know you're wrong but you still do it because you resist the good thought or your gut instinct. 
Gut instincts are never wrong! They are a product of your own conscience. Your conscience acts as your alarm system in many situations. We tend to ignore it because we are resisting acceptance.
Let your thoughts cross your mind. Don't be so quick to judge! Give it enough time to hover inside your mind. Accept them the way they are! but don't let your thoughts sit and sow seeds inside you. Let the chariot do its thing, let it build a nice house for your thoughts. 
Your thoughts are distinct just as people living in families are, just as every organism in the environment is. Every organism has got its own protective mechanism. 
Even your thoughts have their own mechanism to protect themselves when you resist. 
When an organism is prone to danger or adverse environmental conditions, they use effective protection to endure all of that. 

THE MIRAGE CONCEPT 
In the same way, the more you resist, the more you bash your thoughts with adverse conditions, your thoughts would use a protective mechanism of a mirage. 
Mirage of vague thoughts that are nothing significant but mere illusions! Mirage of multifarious thoughts that are so many in number to support that one significant thought just because you did not accept it.
  When you don't accept your first significant thought, you will start accepting the mirage of thoughts. 
 The trail of thought that leads to destruction. The trail of thought that could grow a monster in yourself and that has enough power to break free of its shelter. 
 
MULTIPLE REFLECTION OF THOUGHT 

You are your own thought and you put two mirrors around it that create an endless number of vague thoughts that are of course insignificant and unreal. 

The two mirrors of assumptions, or let me be specific unvalidated assumptions! 

Multiple reflection is a phenomenon where light reflects itself back and forth several times between two reflecting surfaces.
If we juxtapose the same idea here, we get our answers!
What is happening is that one thought is reflecting itself again and again to form a trail of thoughts.

Be aware of the fact that there is only one significant thought and that could cross your mind. All the other negative thoughts that are linked to it are illusions that originates just because you never accepted that one particular significant thought. 
We, humans, enjoy accepting what is not real and hence go on accepting and incorporating those thoughts that are unreal. That is why it is so easy for us to get exposed to mental instability, overthinking, unsolved traumas, and everything that is the product of unvalidated assumptions. 
Every time you believe your reflections, you take a step away from reality to gain weak consciousness. 
Once you develop a love for that illusive world, there is no going back!

People keep cutting themselves out of the reality which is like cutting parts of yourself that don't exist but you still feel a pain that's really hard to explain. Isn't it? 
You do it and you keep creating voids inside yourself. Unrepairable voids!
You'd be unknowingly distancing yourself from your self and still believe that you're right!
That's the extent to which you're going push yourself!

FOR WHAT?

SLEEPLESS NIGHTS, ANXIETY ATTACK, PROCRASTINATION, IMPULSIVE ACTIONS, ANGER ISSUES, MOOD INSTABILITY, IMBALANCE WITHIN YOUR AURA, WEAK BIOPLASMIC ENERGY, AND LASTLY WEAK SENSE OF AWARENESS!

Your first thought is the cause of your reaction! the cause of the situation that made you react in a particular way. Hold on to that one thought! Do not ignore that thought, be with it, utilize your senses to question it, distinguish, and be aware of the right thoughts. Don't put the mirrors around your thoughts and don't resist them to create a mirage of thoughts. 
Most importantly, don't let it overpower your self.
