I think all of you might be aware of the speech from William Shakespeare’s pastoral comedy As you like it. All the world’s a stage, And all the men and women merely players; They have their exits and their entrances; And one man in his time plays many parts I couldn’t agree more! We are all actors playing different roles in different situations. But, sometimes we take our roles so seriously that we get stuck in the loop of pretending to be someone else. THE MIRAGE OF AN OVERTHINKER

TERRIBLE PHANTASM   You are your own thoughts and there is nothing in this world that can trouble you more than your own thoughts. Your mind and your thoughts cohabitate. It's a symbiotic relationship that they share. Mutualism is one form of a symbiotic relationship where both entities benefit from each other. Your mind provides your thoughts a shelter, it provides your thoughts the skin to grow up plus its a vector of your thoughts.  The thoughts benefit your mind with the power to form perspectives, the power to create and destroy! You're not in dilemma with your thoughts! You're in constant war with acceptance of thoughts.   You resist your thoughts whenever something evil crosses your mind. Inside, you know you're wrong but you still do it because you resist the good thought or your gut instinct.  Gut instincts are never wrong! They are a product of your own conscience.
